Adding Modifiers to Items

1. Create each item as a modifier.

2. Navigate to "Modifier Groups," create a new group, and name it as desired. Save this group.

 

3. Proceed to "Products and Items" and select "New Menu Item." Complete the required information.

4. Choose the appropriate category for this item's display on the POS.

5. In the "Set Price" area, select the service size and input the price.

6. Select the printers/KDS where you wish the item's order to be sent in the kitchen.

 

7. Under "Mandatory, count, or optional modifiers," click "Add Modifier Group" and locate the modifier group you just created.

 

8. Kindly note: In the "Display Order" section, specify the order in which you would like the modifiers to be displayed on the POS if this item has multiple modifiers.

 

9. Ensure that both the minimum and maximum number of items that must be ordered are set (e.g., 1-4 for both minimum and maximum).

 

Since the item price is established at the main item level, the individual items will not have their own prices.
